WA系列污水处理设备,其技术是泥膜法(活性污泥法与生物膜法相结合),主要针对生活污水、含有机污染物的工业废水及其二者混合的综合废水(如工业园区废水)。

 1 结构及特点

        用玻璃钢材质制成,由外壳和内胆组成。外壳是上部圆筒下部圆台形,内胆是上部圆台下部圆筒形,内胆套在外壳内即组成其结构主体。内胆为生化区,内胆与外壳之间为沉淀区,它们都是由多片现场组装而成的。外壳内胆都是上下各八片,加上底座和大盖共计三十七件组成,每个部件都有法兰现场用螺钉连接。

 

       总容积为100m³,生化区约占65%,重量轻,耐腐蚀,埋于地下有利于保温,高寒地区冬季也能正常运行,现场组装,施工方便且周期短,可模块化组合,单台使用或多台组合使用,可根据实际污水量安装相应的台数,不闲置处理设施,节省投资和降低处理费用。

2 作用原理

        它具有三个两结合:一是活性污泥法与生物膜法相结合;二是表面曝气与潜水曝气相结合,潜曝采用高效微孔曝气器,充氧效率高于表曝;三是生化处理与泥水分离相结合,不设二沉池。表曝与潜曝二者既交叉又间歇运行,可有效控制溶解氧浓度。在一个设定的周期内,如30min或50min(可根据处理水质和处理要求设定),有四种运行模式:(1)二者同时运行,溶解氧浓度(DO)达最大值,如4~5mg/L;(2)潜曝运行,表曝不运行,DO为中等值,如2~3mg/L;(3)表曝运行,潜曝不运行,DO为少氧状态,如1.0~1.5mg/L;(4)二者均不运行,DO<0.5mg/L,为缺氧状态。这样,生化系统根据需要可实现富氧-少氧-缺氧的环境,不仅节省能耗,还有利于降解有机污染物和硝化反硝化反应的进行,提高脱氮效率。四种模式具体运行时间在调试时根据污水水质和处理要求来确定。它具有SBR、A2/O、Belock等工艺技术的主要优点,可见其技术上的先进性。

3 水利条件和污泥处置

        污水从上部的进水管进入生化区,通过生化反应降解污染物,处理好的污水通过内胆底部导流缝进入沉淀区进行沉淀,沉淀区的截面呈倒梯形,越往上截面积越大,有利于悬浮物沉降,悬浮物沉入底部形成污泥,经澄清的尾水通过安装在外壳上部的出水管排出,实现污水上进上出。

         我公司生产的M(W)A系列污(废)水处理设备为适应我国面大量小的县、乡、镇、小集镇以及新农村建设基础设施污(废)水处理厂(站)而研制的,该设备目前有M(W)A50、M(W)A75、M(W)A100、M(W)A150、M(W)A200、M(W)A250系列产品,日处理水量分别为50、75、100、150、200、250m³。可根据污水水质水量和处理要求加以选用。

1. Structure and characteristics

The inner liner is the biochemical zone, and between the inner liner and the outer shell is the precipitation zone. They are all assembled by multiple pieces on site. The inner liner of the shell is eight pieces each, plus the base and the large cover, a total of 37 pieces, each part is connected with flanges with screws on site.




The total volume is 100m³, the biochemical area accounts for about 65%, light weight, corrosion resistance, buried underground is conducive to thermal insulation, winter can also operate normally in cold areas, on-site assembly, convenient construction and short cycle, can be modular combination, single use or multiple combined use, can be installed according to the actual amount of sewage, not idle treatment facilities, save investment and reduce treatment costs.


2 Action principle


It has three combinations: one is the combination of activated sludge method and biofilm method; The second is the combination of surface aeration and submersible aeration. The submersible aeration uses an efficient microporous aerator, and the oxygen filling efficiency is higher than that of surface aeration. The third is the combination of biochemical treatment and mud-water separation, and there is no secondary sedimentation tank. Surface exposure and latent exposure both cross and intermittent operation, can effectively control the concentration of dissolved oxygen. In a set period, such as 30min or 50min (can be set according to the treatment water quality and treatment requirements), there are four operating modes: (1) the two run at the same time, the dissolved oxygen concentration (DO) reaches the maximum, such as 4~5mg/L; (2) Latent exposure operation, surface exposure does not run, DO is medium equivalent, such as 2~3mg/L; (3) Surface exposure runs, latent exposure does not run, DO is hypoxia state, such as 1.0~1.5mg/L; (4) Both DO not run, DO<0.5mg/L, is hypoxia state. In this way, the biochemical system can achieve an oxygen-oxygen-hypoxia environment according to needs, which not only saves energy, but also facilitates the degradation of organic pollutants and the nitrification and denitrification reaction, and improves the efficiency of nitrogen removal. The specific running time of the four modes is determined according to the sewage quality and treatment requirements during commissioning. It has the main advantages of SBR, A2/O, Belock and other process technologies, which shows its advanced technology.


3 Water conditions and sludge disposal


The treated sewage enters the biochemical zone from the upper inlet pipe and degrades the pollutants through biochemical reaction. The treated sewage enters the sedimentation zone through the diversion joint at the bottom of the inner tank for precipitation. The cross-section of the sedimentation zone is inverted trapezoid, and the cross-sectional area is larger as the upper part goes up, which is conducive to the sedimentation of suspended matter, which sinks to the bottom to form sludge, and the clarified tail water is discharged through the outlet pipe installed on the upper part of the shell.
